Dee & Open
Dee had realised she was possibly the most useful one in her group quite early on yesterday. Years of getting up early, shovelling Abraxan shit - which wasn't for the fainthearted - and trying to understand magical creatures weirdly made her quite suited for the task at hand. Hermione had spent some time teaching them new charms but Dee was quite pleased to realise she'd known most of them. She'd also helped to identify some of the creatures slithering and skittering about the place and had told them which ones to try and avoid. She'd also chipped in with spells to cast before sleeping to deter some of the more inquisitive or aggressive animals.
Focusing on the floor of the room she was in and trying to clean around the roots which had ruptured the concrete some time ago, she paused to wipe her forehead free of sweat. "Dirty work this, isn't it?" she asked, grinning at the person who had just walked in the room. "I think it'll be a while before anywhere looks remotely liveable."
