"He is, isn't he?" She couldn't help but smile again. "I like him. Well I probably would say that even if I didn't, but I truly like him. There's something about his optimism, even if can be terribly paranoid at the same time."
She nodded. "I suppose. I never had to worry about those things. At the manor, there are centuries of magic that keep people out." Sometimes there was magic that kept them out, but that was something else entirely.
Delphine should have guessed about the money, having dealt with Remus and even Regulus, but Regulus always had a way about him, as if the money was owned. It hadn't occurred to her that people might need money. "I think I can help with that. The finance part and not the shop. I'm afraid you will need to deal with Lisa about that," she said, chuckling.
She took a seat because she wouldn't pretend to do this standing up. Delphine looked at the magic impressed by what she saw. "You really have a thing for nature, don't you? Which shouldn't be this surprising except for the fact that we think we know everything about your family, while knowing nothing." She shook her head. "No, thank you, I'm fine and I need to return to the museum. Let me make this quick. I need help with a potion. St. Mungo's has pretty much given up on me. I'm at a point where I don't even care about the scars. If I have to live with that, then I will, but I can't walk and I'm in pain. It's the result of an attack that almost killed me. I'm still alive because of Professor Snape and his skill. He did it because of his friendship with my family. I know he doesn't like me, but I'd like to hire him to see if he can find a cure. I will pay regardless of success, and I can pay whatever he wants. I'll buy you the bloody shop if he can cure me honestly. Basically I was hoping that you could put a good word with him. I'm told he likes you enough to listen."
