Babes, Bugs, and Banter: the tale of Babs Gordon and Ted Kord
Back at S_D 1.0, ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) mishy_dishy asked about the relationship between Babs and Ted, and since I really only need the flimsiest of excuses to post about Oracle, I put together a post to explore the (nearly) complete history of the Gordon/Kord relationship, with lots of pretty pictures. Time and the Great Disaster having come and gone, gotham_girl has recently echoed that request, so I have raided the archive and unearthed it once again.

Living with SIN (part 2)
Previously, I posted about how Dinah went to Asia to learn to be Shiva and instead remembered who Black Canary is. She also met a little girl named Sin who was going to be trained as the next Shiva. Dinah instead brought her back to the US as her daughter. Here I post Sin's next four (and last) appearances in Birds of Prey. From #96, #98, #100, and #109.

No DOOM, only SIN (part 1)
Sorta continuing my previous posts of cute kids from the DCU.
I like Sin and thought there was a lot of potential in her and Dinah's relationship. I definitely hate what happened to her and the apparent reasons why. I thought I would go through Sin's brief appearance (12 issues in all) and subsequent disappearance. Warning: this post contains an amazing amount of Dinah being awesome and badass.
From issues #92-#95 of Birds of Prey (collected in TPB Vol 5: Perfect Pitch) There are a lot of scans here, but I don't go over the 7 page rule for any issue.
