I'm guessing the big spoilery twist to the 'Streets of Gotham' story is that Humpty Dumpty WON'T be at the center of the scheme. From what I've read about him, he's a reasonably harmless character, as lunatics go - his big deal is he likes taking things apart and putting them back together again. He is not a plotter or a schemer - he takes things apart and puts them back together again. He's a docile little guy. I think 'a sinister plot involving dozens of Gotham City's young runaways' is a bit beyond his capabilities. Also, who the hell is 'Abuse', and what's the deal with the current trend of villain names? 'Abuse'. 'Genocide'. 'Destruction'. Next thing you know, they'll have used up all the big impressive-sounding ones, and be down to 'Hack', 'Stab' 'Maim' and 'Eviscerate'.
