	I'm not going to lie, this made me cry a little bit. I find the unreality of a constant cycle of death and resurrection a bit frustrating and insulting at times, but moments like these are a beautiful fantasy and kind of redeem the entire thing. (Reply to this)

	You know what? I just don't like Connor and Cassie. For a start, her outfit is ridiculous (apparently her arms and sleeves are free, but because of the gold "W" icons, her upper arms are stuck to the side of her torso? WTF?), and I don't know, I just don't like her. I mean, I'm happy for her. But Kon could do better. And poor Krypto holding up the table, heh. Good boy. (Reply to this) (Thread)

Well technically Cassie and Tim kissed more than once and were so obvious about that it was called out/teased on by WW and by the other Titans. Did Johns forget his own story or was Cassie rewriting what happened for Kon's benefit (along with being the High Priestess of the Cult of Superboy and all).

And I don't think DC will the pregnancy route with these two at least as long as they are underage and unmarried. Especially with WB providing more corporate oversight to DC and the "Super" and "Wonder" brand names. I do wonder if this long-distance relationship will work though, Johns (and I presume Levitz) seem to be giving Kon his own Smallville supporting cast (complete with Lana Lang and Lex Luthor analogs) away from the TT and Wonder Girl.

I've kind of always hated on Cassie, but generally its because I don't want them to have cute superpowerd babies and Tim to be alone forever. Well he wouldn't be alone, but I'm not sure if he would attempt to clone anyone else.

But now, I'm kind of liking her. However, it might just be because of how pretty the art is.

Why do I get the feeling that Luthor is going to start demanding visitation rights? His face is one of slighted parents.

I also find the evasion of what Tim was working on amusing, even though it will be no doubt addressed in the next issue somehow. Well, sometime in the future at least. Probably with Cassie and him fighting about ~~Kon's trulove~~ it and becoming some kind of mad scientist issue.

Damn I want Adventure Comics #3 to come out sooner.

I love how Kon has the little "6) Tells the truth" thing in the corner. It's a minor detail, but it makes the scene sweeter.

Possible other conversations Cassie and Kon had afterward:

Kon: Hey, about you and Tim kissing...
Cassie: Yes?
Kon: Was he any good?
Cassie: He was all right, but kind of a cold fish.
Kon: Yeah, thought so. I should give him lessons.
Cassie: Only if I get to watch!

Cassie: So, now seems to be a good time to mention that Tim tried to clone you (over a hundred times) and I once joined a cult dedicating to raising you from the dead.
Kon: ...Say what?

So Luthor is teamed up with Brainiac again. And now that he knows Kon is alive, he's ~~going to sue for custody, or at least visitation rights~~ going to try to mind control him again. And--

...Wait a tick. Indigo! Shift made her alive to stop her, which also killed her. But that just means she can come back as a Black Lantern! That is, if anyone who actually cared about her was still around. In-universe, that is. Shift got re-absorbed by Metamorpho and the rest of the Outsiders are all over the place.

Back on topic: I hope we get to see Kon punching Luthor. Because someone punching Luthor doesn't happen nearly enough.

	Also, notice how Lois's summary of Kon's history says that he was only in Hawaii briefly (he lived there for well over a year, probably closer to two), and makes no mention of the time he lived with Cadmus or in Metropolis. And it makes no mention of Young Justice at all. (Reply to this) (Thread)

Granted I'm not a Titans fan, so obviously I'm missing a lot of the context here, but why exactly would Cassie feel the need to apologize for something that happened while her boyfriend was dead and their relationship - for all intents and purposes - was over?

If Tim and Cassie had carried on a relationship or were still in one at the present an explanation (rather than an apology) might be in order, but the way it's framed definitely seems to suggest that there really weren't a whole lot of romantic aspirations tied to the incident to begin with.

But that said, Kon is freakishly adorable.

	I LOVED this issue! I've never been a huge fan of Cassie, but I like the idea of a Smallville-dwelling Kent boy being able to date anyone he chooses without having the future-is-Lois that the original did, since HE was Clark as a boy. thought the best part of the story was Ma Kent, though. Broke my heart a bit. SO glad to have Kon back! (Reply to this)
