I had forgotten how much I liked this issue, and in my haste to post from it earlier, neglected some key dialog between Cyclops and Wolverine. So I trimmed down my original post a bit to fit this short conversation...

Never realized how cracky that last box is without context...

	Bachalo ain't a slouch on SHADE either, a series that strangely remains mostly unreprinted. I remember digging this storyline sidetrack more than I expected to, but then, it followed that dumb murder mystery story. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Aren't Vertigo due to be reprinting Shade, soon? I remember reading at one of the last con reports for the imprint that they were reprinting that one volume they've already done and are following it up with a second. (Reply to this) (Parent)

Kind of a shame that the second-last panel has the word balloon misattributed.

It's also weird to see X-Men out in "public" in their X-gear, especially with the "leather look." Those jackets look like the jock jackets football players wear, so the overall effect is two old frat boys that can't accept that the glory days are over, boozing it up in a seedy bar.

The Sabertooth scene in this issue is priceless, though.
