Justice League Adventures 20
In this issue Psycho Pirate took control of a city's emotions. He also manipulated the emotions of the League. A lot of funny and some really wrong stuff happens.

If your a DCAU Batman/Wonder Woman fan then you'll love this.

Also it's official in JL (not JLU) Batman is pushing 50. That means the 40 years later of Batman beyond Bruce has to be 90. He would be 70 or so when he retires at the begining of "Rebirth part 1".

MM saves the day and makes the Psycho Pirate dream that he is back with his family and he lives happily ever after. (His family died a while before and the JL couldn't save them in time. He blames them.

After this Bats, Supes, WW, MM, Flash, HG, and GL all go camping for a weekend OUT OF COSTUME. Batman says that he doesn't like leaving Gotham unprotected for so long and Walley says: "C'mon, Bats! Batgirl, Robin, Nightwing--the "Batman family" has more members then the JL"

It's nice to include them.

Finally Bruce rips on Clark after he lights the campfire and says "Leave it to the boy scout to start the campfire" Clark then says "How about some ghost stories? Your good at scaring people Bruce..."

Flash then says "Heh. This is going to be one long weekend."

Flash and Bats are having a newbie/veteran argument. Wally's clearly exaggerating.

It's what is known as "trash-talk".

He says 'probably' - just another young'n overestimating the older guy's age. Main canon, Wally's in his mid-to-late 20s, and Bruce is pushing 40...just the kind of discrepancy to lead to a crack like that.

He might have been exaggerating though, as he usually does...

Actually now I just realized that this comic series doesn't quite jive with the animated series continuity.

This obviously takes place before the "Starcrossed" episodes (Hawkgirl is in her OG costume and no mention of JLU members), and until those episodes Flash had no idea that Bruce Wayne was Batman. But in this one they're all hanging out together in their civilian identities already

Yep, yesterday. So we got déjà vu and some hivemind-ing going on.

Although the issue numbers don't match. Is it 12 or 20?

Your right it was posted. My bad. I was quickly going through the archives when I saw the picture of Superman and Batman talking and didn't bother to search if this issue had been posted. Sorry. Mods feel free to delete this.

Also it is issue 20.

Well, it being your post, and the page limit being broken (i assume this is a 22-page story?) you might want to cut out one of your first two pages until a mod comes around.

Or just delete it himself. As easy as cutting the pages.

Well, yeah. Wasn't sure he could and didn't bother checking.
There is certainly that option, though.

Well, I was one of the people who originally asked for this and somehow managed to miss yesterday's post, so thanks for bringing my attention to it, anyway :)

I remember this storyline when it was in Maximum Carnage. At least the ending is better.

I don't know, a JLU take on Maximum Carnage's Happy Gun would have amused the hell out of me.
