On Harvey's obsession wall, in the corner is the Daily Bugle with the headline "Batman: Threat or Menace?" Looks like Jameson's branching out.

That was my favorite part. Alfred was just killing me there.

But I can't believe Dick wouldn't DEMAND to see those drawings. Alfred must be having them framed. Bruce drawing dinosaurs and airplanes and cars! With his little eyebrow raised under his baby!Bruce bangs! (And wow, kids drawings are always awesome when drawn by professionals.)

It reminds me of that scene from JLU where he has to sing to save Wonder Woman. Apparently the producers were inspired by Angel singing really bad karaoke... but decided that if it was Batman, of course he'd be a fantastic singer. He's Batman. He can do anything.

...No it's not all I lie. The -ly Bugle thing is great, and I squeed so much when Alfred spoke about the things Bruce used to draw. CARS AND DINOSAURS AND AIRPLANES. Dick, Dick, this right there is the proof that Bruce could have fun being Batman. GLEE.

Grey Ghost only exists in the DCAU but I really don't see any reason for him not to be included in the main universe as well.

Although there was a DCAU comic that revealed that universe's Bruce was also a Zorro fan.

And when a criminal, Matador I think, began running around Gotham in a modified Zorro getup masquerading as a do-gooder, Batman confronts him with "YOU DON'T GET TO BE ZORRO!" and knocks him out.

It was posted on the original SD if I recall correctly.

It's pretty heavily implied from all the shots they are choosing to showcase that Two-Face is focusing on the Robin/Dick-like aspects of the New Batman.

Harvey Dent: "I know that face."
Two-face: "I BEAT THE SMILE OFF THAT FACE."

Actually if you think about it, it really shouldn't be a surprise that Bat's was a good artist.

As Batman he's proficient at engineering and forensics which both require art skills.

Granted, it would be surprising to find out that he was still painting watercolors of sunsets and mountain tops during his freetime.

It's really pretty good. I've been picking it up for two reasons, a) this is surprisingly good for Winick! and b) it's more effective to boycott Tony Daniel's upcoming run if I'm actually buying the book beforehand.

You know what I love? I love how Dick stands while he's without the cape and cowl. It's so him. Bruce broods and is shadow-y, Dick stands confidently and openly. It's perfect.

Little Bruce is many levels of adorable.

Aaaaaaaaand henchman guy continues to be a good supporting character. I predict he'll turn into another supervillain or get killed soon enough.

I'm also waiting for the inevitable Justice League meeting that Dick has to attend... how everyone will react. That is, if it hasn't already happened.

Donna's just Donna, in the picture I've seen. She's dressed in her standard sparkly outfit. But it seems she will be taking Wonder Woman's place in the JLA roster.

Mon-El has a crappy looking Superman-lite style costume, however.

When I read the drawing part, something interesting crossed my mind.
What if this is why Bruce took a liking (as much as Bruce likes anyone outside the batfamily and the trinity) to Kyle Rayner. Maybe he saw in Kyle someone he could have been if his parents had lived.
