Magneto Becomes an Emo Drunken Bum and Gets Schooled By Dani

I don't know why but badasses turning into big piles of emo always crack me up.





After facing the Beyonder the New Mutants fell into a psychological slump. Emma Frost approached Magneto and convinced him that she could help the students if they enrolled in her Massachusetts Academy (with the exception of Dani who didn't want to go). The result?

One thing that annoys me a bit about Dani is that she almost always has a feather in her hair. I mean, for crying out loud, I know she's Cheyenne and proud of it, but it's a REALLY clunky bit of visual shorthand. Her hairstyle, skin color and preferred clothing are already enough to clue us in - why the damn feather, which in real life would fall out if she turned around quickly?
