Its interesting when thinking of Legion of 3 worlds. My theory is The time trapper is basically the writer, and the writer can change. From LO3W we know this happened because TT says it but at the same time it never happened. It could be said we read the entire DCU from the Time Trapper's perspective making him the most important character DC has.
