I don't know if that Herc cover is in character /ridiculous nitpicking (well depending on how young that kid is anyway). It seems more likely he'd use the opportunity to give the boy lessons on the finer points of the female body.

IIRC, Toro's body was never found. An old man with the same powers later appeared in Power Pack calling himself Mr Raymond.
