If you'd like to bring that up in the suggestions box, that's certainly something we can look into changing. However, as things stand them's the rules. I certainly wouldn't be against the change if the majority of people agree with you, although I do wonder personally whether that might open us up to being swamped with pure fanasrt posts. Something to discuss in the appropriate place for sure though!

I'm not at all interested starting an argument, but I definitely do not think that. As I said in my initial comment, it can be a comic scan, a fan comic, or a web comic (or any kind of comic I haven't thought of). That comic image does not have to be the only thing posted, because you are certainly welcome to post fan art as long as that post also contains a comic image. I'm sorry if I was unclear, earlier.
