I'm so ridiculously glad he did that. A lot of writers equate highly moral with unreasonable, which is seriously irritating. He couldn't possibly have a relationship with Selina (or pre!death Jason, for that matter) if he didn't know how to deal with people he cared about making decisions he didn't like. That doesn't necessarily mean he completely trusts her now, but he's not going to be all sanctimonious about it.
