That's Simone Bianchi? Not really up to his "Seven Soldiers" standard of quality.

I assume the second suit is Hades, who's the first?

Okay, I'm not huge on Dakken, but Dakken vs. Hades amuses the hell out of me on a lot of levels.

I love Forge, and I'm glad to see they are doing something interesting with him even if he's not being directly seen.

So Warren Ellis has intergrated himself into his own comic now? That could be interesting.

But I can't stop thinking how ridiculous Wolverine's claws look.

Daken's, not Wolverine's. Small but important difference.

I don't understand Daken's claws though. I thought he only had two. Had two in all of the backstore with Logan. In DA2, or maybe it was DA3, he had three, with one coming from his palm, it looked like. Now he's back to two. Bwhuh?

Judging by his pose in that first panel, Scott was about to demonstrate his audition routine for "America's Next Mutant Model", possibly by breaking into "I'm too sexy for my... improbable and somewhat kinky leather fetishwear..."

Work that cute ass Scott honey! Don't let the hairy Canadian out you off! (Comics Logan is no Hugh Jackman, that's for sure!)

I was about to say. That's a fantastically sexualized panel, with the boys all curving for their gratuitous ass-shots and Scott in his shiny body-condom.

(Interesting choice by the colorist, too, to color-hold everything. I think it works pretty well with this linework, but it's very odd to look at at first, creates a totally different mood than standard comic art.)

I glazed over that, but that looks like a terribly uncomfortable pose. Plus, Scott, eat some cookies or something! You can see his ribs in that same panel (there's no muscles there on a human body, so it can't be that).

BUT YOU CANNOT use anything remotely resembling adult language with a Terricon.

I love the sexy Cyclops fan service. Of course, now we need twenty billion panels more of it to balance the amount of sexy ${insert female character} fan service in comics.:-)

Olympian Slander! (If that is indeed Hades)

Don't get me wrong, I ADORE James Woods as Hades...but when will people pick up a mythology book and remember that HADES IS NOT A BAD GUY? He could be a good source of GodDickery, but he was still a fair and decent guy.

But... but... mythology!Hades wasn't a bad guy! He could be a bit of a bastard at times, but then again, so could Zeus and Poseidon and Hera, etc. He was a relatively just god of the underworld in original mythology... it's modern media that keeps turning him into the bad guy repeatedly.

In other news, the ass shots of Cyclops and Wolverine are very much appreciated. Cyclops's body-condom makes me giggle a bit, though.

That's almost Adrian Alphona-quality art in that close-up with Hades and Fake-Wolvie. Massive attention to the little details in their facial expressions. I'll definitely have to get the trade when this comes out.

Although it seems kind of odd for Hades to use zombies instead of the traditional blood-drinking ghosts of Greek myth. Guess when you're that far away from the canonical entrances to Tartarus, you take whatever you can get, so long as it can pick itself up and shamble around.
