Ah, Wendy - how I loathe thee. Basically Casper without the whole 'is he or isn't he actually dead?' thing that (I'm guessing) is all that made him popular in the first place - which means Casper without the good parts. Which means... uh... I-I can't even comprehend what it means. The implications are far too staggering. And, I'm sorry, any character who actually calls herself the 'good little' anything is just cruising for a bruising - which never seems to come, dammitall. *grumps* Stupid Wendy.
