Well he is a fun character; a mad scientist who can see the future and copy tech from it.

I once had an idea for a red tornado ongoing where Morrow reformed (mostly) and ended up moving in with Tornado and his family (and designing tornado weapons for Tornado's daughter so she could become his sidekick).
