Given that they've already said there's a big Superman event this year (if I recall correctly) and the hint dropped in this week's Adventure Comics mentioning the "Earth - New Krypton War" yeah...looks like Lane's going to get his war.

Damn, I'm tired of seeing the Earth/US as mindless warmonogers. Furthermore isn't the GLC suppose to prevent this stuff, I know their dealing with BN right now and New Kyrpton is supposedly out of their jurisdiction, but BN isn't happening in the main Superman storyline and theirs 4 GL's from Earth.

From the looks of thing, there'll be plenty of blame to go around. It sounds like Zod certainly plays a key role in events. I'm sure the GLs will show up, too, but still.

Plus, they've made it fairly clear that Lane is kind of running his own show.
