I wouldn't really place Tony in the same category as those others. Not meant as a denigration: as a character-concept, I think Tony is really meant to be a more reasonable extrapolation of existing science. He's most known for the Iron Man armour, something that, if you squint really hard, you could sort of imagine us building something like that in the next century. Not that he hasn't built plenty of fanciful gadgets (indeed, the armour itself has become more and more removed from reality over time), but at the core he's an engineer working with semi-recognizable technologies.
Reed and Hank are magicians; at their upper levels of operation the stuff they do is just not remotely conceivable in a realistic setting.
