"Mmmmmmmmmm.... One of those conversations." Annie nodded sagely, smirking to herself as she hooked an ankle around one of the stools that were behind the bar and pulled it closer. There weren't many so as to discourage idle activity. But when there were no drinkers and everyone was happy, who was she to deny her employees a place to sit? Including herself.
Seated, she continued. "Your brother sounds like mine. A little. A tiny bit. All smiles, anyway." No one could be exactly like Kas. Kas was crazy. But he was hers and she'd love him until the end of time. It was a surprise he wasn't here tonight.
"I didn't travel around that much though. I mean, I traveled to them but mostly we stayed in New York." Warm fuzzies entered Annie's voice at the mention of Electric Landslide. She missed her group of friends. They'd been good together. "I still plan on going back every now and then, but only on special occasions now. And dragging them here sometimes, too."
