"It's so much easier to laugh at you without fear of being hexed from all the way over here," Wanda said to Alicia with a grin. She had a feeling that there would be laughing and teasing on both of their parts when this lesson was all said and done.
"But alright. I suppose a closer look wouldn't hurt." She took the second pair of skates that were there waiting for her and knelt down to slip them on and lace them up until they were tight enough. This wasn't the first time she'd ever stepped foot on ice, but it certainly had been quite a while.
Taking Victor's hand, she nodded. "Can't let that second hand go to waste, can we?" After stepping onto the ice, she glided a bit until she was in front of Alicia and caught her with her free hand. They steadied themselves with the help of each other and Victor there to hold onto.
"I do not think our magic is going to help with these sorts of tricks, no?"
