Just when I was mostly over the inherent social ineptitude of being raised by vulcans by working through the awkwardness as a way to approach other people on an even plane (which made me friends) I get thrown into a new place where for the most part I have to do it all over again. It's as if I'm stuck on the socially awkward human teen years for life. And people wonder why I appear mostly antisocial. There's only so much mortification even I can handle.
