Ariadne Sampson (Tonks!) + Open GOOGLE DOC! RATING | STATUS
Ari slid a hand through her short hair. It’d been a long day at work and her shift had strode right past the end into after hours. Still, she wasn’t ready to go home. It didn’t feel like home for some reason. Something was wrong, off, different. Suddenly, loneliness had crept around her like a overheavy blanket that was more constricting than comforting. It didn’t matter though. Not at all. She had a drink in her hand at the bar, one of her favorite beers, and the music around her was good, making her feet tap without Ari even realizing it.
Something was going on, though she couldn’t put her finger on it. Dreams everyone was having stirred weird feelings. She couldn’t help but suddenly feel like something was wrong with Dia, with Stephen, like they weren’t truly...hers.
It sounded stupid when she said it in her head. It would have sounded even stupider out loud. Exactly the reason she hadn't told either of them exactly how she was feeling and merely fished. To no avail.
She swirled her beer bottle and took a long drink, then set it down. The last remnants of it sliding down the brown glass and pooling in the bottom. She’d need another.
