Of course not. You have been personally harmed by him. There is no requirement for you to forgive him for that, even if he comes to recognise how he has wronged you and seeks to apologise and make amends. Your healing does not require you to forgive him.
However, if others choose to forgive him for their own reasons despite any harm he may have caused them, that is their prerogative. You cannot make that choice for them just as they cannot make your choices for you.
I am no Jedi to tell you that your anger and fear is wrong, not when they come from such a source. But always keep in mind that anger and fear can blind you to what is right in front of you, both good and bad.
