Megan grinned devilishly at Hannah’s risqué choice of words. As she continued to watch her, it was clear that the innocent Prefect really had no idea how proactively her words could have been taken. “Oh, don’t worry, I do.” She knew that would make Hannah blush, though it made Megan wonder if it was actually true.
It was Megan’s turn to blush. Shrugging, she wasn’t really sure what to say. “Sure. I mean, you are trying to look cool and hope that you have fun and that other people are going to have fun hanging out with you.” She shrugged again, wondering if Hannah understood; being thought of as the life of the party was intimidating sometimes.
“Just for me?” She reached over at patted Hannah’s knee. “Great, you won’t regret it! It will be fun!”
