If Becket's formula had been here, John might have believed that with any luck, there wouldn't be any Kenmore products hanging around. That, and Becket's notes and videos describing Michael's transformation wouldn't be available here either. If they somehow did have Becket's formula, they'd be alright. If not, which was a lot more likely? Well, things were going to get very violent and there wouldn't be any kind of weaponry to defend any of the citizens of Salus.
John was relieved, but only temporarily; he wasn't going to get his throat ripped out or his life sucked out by this alien vampire just yet. Maybe tomorrow.
