Hell yes, Faye kept tight to the book, but what was blowing her mind was the damn cat. Was it really just talking? Faye didn't do drugs and she sure as hell hadn't been drinking ... today, but the cat was fucking talking. She was still hugging the book to her chest as she looked at Davina from under the streetlight, her weight being shuffled from one foot to the next as she stood there. There was a look of panic on her face, the resting bitch face finally gone, her face flushed and a little warm. That was fucking wicked.
"I think so?" She asked. Obviously it happened - but how? How? She and Davina just shared a look before they both climbed back in her car and Davina high tailed it out of there. She didn't even care that Davina couldn't drive for shit, Faye just wanted to get as far away as she could from where they were right now.
Swallowing hard, she looked down at the book that was in her lap. Her fingers once again sliding across the cover, she refrained from opening it and instead, hugged it to her chest again as Davina drove.
"This is insane." She smiled a little, looking at Davina. Please, from now on if Davina wanted to go on any fucking adventure - Faye was there. This pretty much guaranteed that. "We should do something," Faye smirked, biting her lower lip. "A spell. Just to see." Of course Faye wanted to do a spell. She wanted to do all the fucking spells. Faye was without her Book of Shadows, but maybe this was the next best thing. One thing was for sure, Melissa and Jake were going to piss themselves over this and Faye couldn't wait to show them what she and Davina had found.
