Did Bonnie really need to point out the reasons that Silas would screw her over? Sure, he seemed … different now. Even decent, but Silas was still Silas and in the end, it was Bonnie who screwed him over. She knew that all too well and to actually trust anything that came from Silas was a mistake in itself. She didn’t plan on telling anyone what was going on, what she did. The deal – the agreement that was sure to be broken anyway. They were dealing with too much and this would just be added stress for her friends. Added stress that she would carry while they carried their own troubles. She looked over at him, giving him a hard look. It wasn’t the smartest decision and his smile was so deceiving it nearly made her sick. But what other choice did she have? Relying on Davina? That wasn’t fair. That was nowhere near fair, although if Davina found a way first, then … she’d go with that. If she never actually received Silas’ help, then that meant there was nothing to uphold though. Which meant he could and would probably kill her friends just for the hell of it.
As if he wasn’t going to already.
“Can I get up?” She asked, considering he was forcing her to sit. She needed to get some books. Research. Find a way to maybe channel the very magic that was in Salem and somehow make it her own. She wanted her own magic though and that was just … gone. Thanks to events that happened in Mystic Falls that she had no control over. The armory was looking for her and Enzo had her taking anti-magic pills in order to cloak herself from them. They were slowly killing her and Rayna cruise somehow agreed to transfer her life. With that, Bonnie became the shamanic huntress. She remembered it all vividly. The hatred of … all vampires. She tried really hard to push down her hate for her friends, for her boyfriend, but it wasn’t until Damon destroyed the last corpse of the shaman who created the curse did Bonnie finally get back to herself. Except the biggest part of her and that was her magic. It didn’t – she doesn’t have it.
The thought of thinking about it all made her eyes water because she was so frustrated. It wasn’t fair. She had no control over that and then she died and lived it, saw it – whatever. Because of that, she no longer had her magic and now she was suffering for it. And now, Silas of all people was going to help her. It all just seemed a little unbelievable at this point.
"I'll keep my word." She meant it. What else did she have to lose at this point?
