Kol wasn't entirely sure if this kid had anything against his family. Kol hadn't seen him before in his life and as he calmed, so did the winds. "I'm a witch. I'll try and pull whatever is out of it, contain it and destroy it. But yes, salt would do wonders right about now. Go on and fetch it," he told the boy and watched as he turned to go, but it was no matter because the sodding thing was heading their way, right toward Kol.
The witch bent down and lifted it up, turning it so he was holding it by the leg or what could be considered its leg. "Come then, we'll settle this," he told him. "I'm Kol by the way, best to know your name," he pointed out, looking at him.
Their walk to the hotel was quick considering and so far, as Kol held onto the thing, it didn't move. But Kol could feel something, the magic - Danny might not have set out to do this, but someone did, or something.
Kol let them into his apartment and lucky for him, Katherine was gone. He gave him the robot, "Stay put. Don't touch anything." He disappeared to his room and pulled out a few items that they would need for this and set it all on the table. He walked to the kitchen and grabbed salt. He and Katherine had a rug that was in their living room. The sofa partially covered it, along with the coffee table and he pushed those aside before pulling up the carpet. There was a circle, a magic circle and Kol brought over the salt, salting around.
Unsuspecting, the robot extended its arm so he could grab the knife on the table and with a twist, the robot was free from Danny's grasp and running straight toward Kol.
Not fast enough, Kol yelled out when he felt the stab in his thigh and he moved back, looking around. He could feel the blood dripping and he saw the knife laying there, but the robot - it was gone.
