Who: Malia, Allison and Kira What: Everything bad When: Bendy times Where: Out in the woods Warnings: Yes
Malia knew something weird was going around Salem. She would feel it. And she noticed the strange network postings. People were afraid, but Malia hadn't experienced anything. Her normal routine consisted of school, spying on Stiles, training, spying on Stiles, homework and it was back to spying on Stiles. She couldn't help it. She knew they were broken up, but she was worried about him. They had talked a little bit and he had told her that he died and went to hell. She didn't understand anything beyond that. But she was keeping an eye on him because as Malia had noticed when she first got here was that he was different. She just didn't know what it was, now she knew.
She knew that right now Scott was hurting because of Allison and she spent time with him too. Even sparring with him or talking to him when Lydia couldn't. He hadn't said much and he always tried to distract himself. Like if he didn't think about it, then it didn't happen. But Malia tried to point out that it did happen. She couldn't help it. Allison was gone. She could come back, though, but right now, Scott had to deal with it and pull himself together. He couldn't just pretend it didn't happen. Or pretend she wasn't around. Or pretend period. It wouldn't work.
But even Malia knew it was better said than done.
Instead of spying on Stiles or checking in on Scott (and by default, Isaac) she decided to text Kira and ask her if she wanted to get out for awhile. Malia wanted to go running and just get away from the hotel. And also ask her about what was going on in town because it was bugging her. She easily met Kira down in the lobby and it wasn't long until the two of them were running toward the woods. She was running through the same spot where she found Chris, surrounded by wolves, clearly not caring if he lived or died. At least that night she cared enough for the both of them.
She didn't tell anyone about that night. She probably should have and she kind of regretted that. She was about to open her mouth when she heard something. "Was that you?" She asked, looking back, but there was nothing there. Kira gave her an odd look, which wasn't odd at all. Malia always got them, but she swore she heard something.
"It's nothing." She muttered and looked ahead as they ran side by side through the woods.
