The mention of the homunculi brought a shiver down Winry's spine. She didn't know how they would react to being brought to Salem or if one of their other enemies decided to show up. Winry frowned at the thought, wondering why they were here and not any of their other friends and allies. Winry couldn't help but miss a few of them. "No, they're very real." And so was their situation. Winry didn't know if it was the right time to bring up the barrier that surrounded the town.
"I think we were brought here at different times, yes." Because Winry remembered Al waking up after his ordeal where Al stated that he woke up here in Salem which didn't make any sense. Winry bit her lip, her eyes glancing at Edward as she went ahead and explained what she did, "I work at a autoshop. There aren't any automail places here so I work on cars and other things." The only automail around was the one Edward was wearing although Winry was starting to make new pieces.
Winry didn't know how to touch the subject of Al going to school. It wasn't like Alphonse was a kid or anything. The idea of a giant suit of armor taking classes seemed ridiculous but in Winry's eyes it was normal. "There is a school here. A lot of teenagers here go."
