It was odd that Laurel was paying attention to Thea's hair because Thea noticed that Laurel had recently changed her hair too. It must have happened right before they ended up here. Since there were far more pressing issues at hand, she didn't bring it up right away, underestimating the significance in their change of hair styles.
"I was at the hospital," Thea started. She almost tacked on an 'again' because it felt like her family was practically living in the hospital most days. "Something was going on with Roy and I just wanted to help him but he was being his stupid stubborn self and wouldn't let me. I don't know why he'll confide in Sin and not in me. I'm his girlfriend."
Thea wasn't jealous of Sin or anything like that. She liked Sin a lot but she didn't understand why Roy felt he could trust her more than he could trust Thea. It really bothered her and it was another fight waiting to happen. Thea didn't want to fight, she knew Roy was hurting, she just wanted to know why.
"Sorry. Total rant. What's the last thing you remember?" Thea asked.
