They were assaulting each other back and forth with words now. This is what everything had caused, an assault of words back and forth with the one person out of all of them that he actually had. That actually meant that he wasn't completely a lone chimera at the moment. Would he end up losing her too? To them, of all people as well. He wasn't too sure he could handle something like that.
Her words kept coming though, and the small pops of electricity in his ears as he listened to the residual sound of energy underneath the wall from where she had pounded her fist. Jabbing him in the chest, she was still talking. He blinked and shook his head. Sighing some he looked off to the side for a moment.
"I'm gonna get shocked to hell and back for this..." It was like a murmur that carried just over his lips and enough for her to hear but it wasn't like she'd get a chance to ask him what the hell he was talking about either.
Theo wasn't someone who typically acted without having some sort of master plan attached to a thought. He had absolutely nothing to go on but the moment that was in front of him right now, and he took it. Right after mumbling his words he'd shoved her finger off of his chest, but instead grabbed the back of her neck and brought her in close. Pressing his lips to hers, he kissed her. It wasn't out of spite, it wasn't to distract her. It was because it was something he had been wanting to do for a while, oddly enough as it seemed. He didn't because he knew they were...on different sides basically. He didn't care anymore though. Sides didn't matter. Her pack wasn't important to him, and trying to get her to join his own wasn't even important at the moment. Keeping her safe was.
He was ready, he knew it would happen the moment he kissed her. He waited for the electric chair array of bolts to go buzzing through his skin and shake his core to see if he could die three times.
