Toph walked into the cool shop and she looked as dubious as she had outside. She could feel the racks of fabrics and some sort of machine buzzing away. It made her feel out of place and she was starting to doubt herself over agreeing to at least be here. It might have been easier to continue to borrow Hope's clothes and simply roll them up like she had with the pants and the sleeves of the soft sweater she was wearing.
She felt a girl get up before she said anything and Toph turned to face her, her face shifting to a more stoic expression. She wasn't sure what to expect so she waited for the girl to make the first move. Her voice lacked any heat and she seemed to want to help them. Toph motioned in Hope's direction. "Hope wants to expand her wardrobe." She pointedly left herself out of the conversation for now.
"I don't think I'll be much help." Toph's glazed over green eyes blinked. There wasn't much she had to do to make other people realize she couldn't see. Although there were times that she went out of her way to point it out to jerks because their reactions were priceless. She probably had more fun with that than she should but Toph was utterly shameless and very little made her want to tone it down.
"Are jeans the only kind of fabric you have for pants?" She liked jeans well enough, they were pretty sturdy but Toph wouldn't mind something lighter and less stiff in comparison.
