So I am finally going to be posting a bit more regularly now, but I've also been out pretty much a full week and a half too. So there are some updates I need to make because some characters totes require them.

THE FERRIS WHEEL IS GOING DOWN!

This is a courtesy notice for everyone who was at the dance last Saturday or heard about the dance last Saturday, that towards the end of the night, Davian accidentally blew up the motor for the ferris wheel and it's going to fall. NEVER FEAR, MY DEARS! For Hayden will be saving the day. But in the meantime:

I've been dealing with writing essays, so I apologize for my absentness/slowness the last week or so! D: But in other news, St. Margaret's group at the Battle of the Bands is performing HERE and could use some reactions from those in attendance!

Why should you care? Because their lead singer got his butt in trouble and now who is taking the lead? Oh, that's right, Davian "Call me Papi" Rivera, that's who! Give some love to him or Alicia or Dom or Adri or Liam or them all as reactions, preease! :D And we will have a special encore posted too!

Since there are and have been a lot of siblings and/or distant relations in the school lately, Lucia has proposed to the Editor in Chief of The Oracle that she publish a "relations" article with pictures of the individuals beside their relations.

She'll approach each of them for a photo op and then publish the entry with a small caption for explanation. And Khush will dig out a pic for each of them from Google, so if you want a say in what picture to use, speak now or forever hold your peace! And speak now if your character would not, for any reason, allow Lucia to take a picture. They'll be excluded from the issue.

I think I might even expand it to include teachers who have siblings, too. It'd be kinda fun for the students to see teacher relatives, and pretty interesting too, considering some of the staff have family that are long dead.

So, Felicity's movie was accepted into the Sundance Film Festival! It officially kicked off yesterday, but the film won't premiere until next week, where it will be in the running.

Felicity is, of course, going to attend, and she'll bring her leads (the local boy, Clara, and Domino) with her. I expect that Mr. Farrell will be tagging along as well or we can say a random other member of NPC staff are in attendance. How did the film perform? You'll find out in a weeks' time. The film already has some buzz because of who Felicity is and the fact that she's funded the film through a production company belonging to a family friend (elves, yo). So there is rising buzz concerning her film's debut, so Felicity, who is moderately on social media, will be popping up more in trending tabs in the near future. Oh boy!

With that said, I'm going to go out and celebrate with some friends tonight that we survived our first week back in the new term and all tags and such will be handled in the morning!

So, I've been dealing with PhD applications, and they're a bit of a nightmare because it's a lot of emailing and drafting and forms. I'm also in England, and while they had Black Friday here, I somehow missed the ball on getting my stupid brain to put up something for Natália. *facepalm*

The holiday season is a lot of cash flowing around, and as a greed demon, Nat wants that money! So she'd have been keenly listening to other students (and continues to listen to other students) who express a need of extra funds. Maybe they want to get something extra special for that extra special person! Maybe they saw a great deal for a video game or some clothing? Whatever it is, she'd offer to loan people money.

Any individual wanting to borrow would have to sign a contract, which seems generally harmless. It would list the money loaned and she would give a run down of when they would start paying her back, interest rate, and so on. However, those interest rates are high, and there are clauses about being able to use force are hidden within. All is fair to an extent, but sometimes fair isn't really all that nice. She would've started this when students started buzzing about Black Friday deals and holiday shopping.

So basically, I'm looking for people who may have gotten into or will get into contracts with her. Only students would be aware of this, and it could go down one of two ways: Nat is the one offering the loan or the student hears about the loans and approaches Nat. So hmu here if you are interested in getting your character tangled in a contract with a demon. ;D

P.S. The only people who know Nat is a demon are the staff and Davian. The latter is sworn to secrecy on it through a promise.

Sorry for being late with the party thread. I got a bit busy Friday and Saturday and in all honesty today too. I just wanted to go ahead and put it up so anyone who wanted to tag it could. I'll probably do some more with it tomorrow, but in the mean time, use this to help coordinate anything you guys want to do with the party. Cascada will be trying to speak to most everyone who comes at some point, but in particular she is interested in the elves, Natalia, and Alicia.

Hey all!

Monday is Labor Day but that doesn't matter because this is a European school and they don't play by those rules. *coughs* With it, however, will come a surprise for all students in Hydra house, including the mentors. This sort of thing is out of the ordinary and hasn't been done before, so everyone (except John) will be surprised.

Due to someone getting outed by his brother for using drugs and pointing out that others in the house may have drugs on them, Cressida is running a drug sweep of the dorms. She will have Micah with her. Between Micah's uncanny sense of smell and Cressida's magic will reveal any contraband your character has with him.

So if you play a Hydra, comment below what drugs your character might have on them, that includes alcohol. Punishments for possession will be doled out depending on the quantity and type of drug they have. If your character doesn't have any, lucky you. XD

I'll be posting up a narrative on Monday to signify it happened in game. Reactions are good and your characters can talk about the fuss going on at Hydra house.

(Too many characters)

Remember that dead body found in December by the police? Well, that wasn't the last one. In fact, another was found a few days ago, too! And now, the police showed up at school, and Jae went to the office. Ruh roh . . .

This is all part of a plot I have going for Jae, and I would love to get people involved in it. Not just reacting to it either! Because reacting is a'ight, but getting involved is more fun, yeah?

Characters will know that 1) Jae went to Mr. Cavanaugh's office and 2) She will not be in classes for an undetermined amount of time. Cressida will contact the staff about Jae tomorrow to discuss what to tell students if they ask about Jae.

Now, onto getting involved. There's been two dead bodies, and one found by Lucia. Jae is missing. I'd LOVE for some students to maybe start looking into the matter. Two (Davian and Kana) know that Jae is a kumiho, but others don't, and those that do know her would know she isn't the type to go cray and start killing people. If you want to get involved with that, or think your character would get involved, please comment below.

If you play a teacher, I have a specific scene I would like to do. If you want your teacher present, I'd appreciate your presence. Preferably if the teacher is a human, but others are welcome. If you want to get involved with that comment below.

This plot, if anything is more Jae reacting than other people reacting, so if you can/want to get involved, please do!

So yes. Things happened and it caused me to not have time until now to actually get to a few things that were supposed to happen. One of these things is the audition.

In the past I have asked for the people auditioning for the play to do something, but that leaves out so many people I've realized; therefore, today we will be doing something a little different.

I would like to see what all of the people not in the play can do in support of the person they want.

So the game will go like this. The people auditioning will need to put up their best picture/gif arguments for them being the best choice, and then others will be invited to respond to each of them with their own gif/pic that expresses their approval or disapproval of the person for the job.

Finally, Felicity will make a visit to the OOC community to give her own opinion of who should get the parts.

So we're all still dealing with the wedding, but as that will eventually wind down, we have a new thread up, and it's a PARTY THREAD, y'all!

It's a big festival type of thing, as you'll read, and so there's plenty for your characters to do if they do show up. Alex spared little to no expense in making it something that most people may regret not going to! Some will not care, but wev, you're missing out! XD

Anywho, I figure I'd set up an OOC if anyone wants to set up threads. Open threads are awesome for random interactions, but you can always avoid the nail-biting waiting of tossing an open by posting here with what your characters are doing if they're at the party! Just a thought.

Come one, come all! It’s Crack Plot time!

The mod team has put our heads together and whipped up a fun 24 hour event! On April Fools Day (Friday, April 1st), there’ll be a strange disturbance in the force. In the morning, your character will get up like normal, perhaps prepare some April Fools pranks like normal, perhaps pretend to be sick to avoid some April Fools pranks, perhaps head to early morning runs or make their way to class, and then, just before the bell tolls for classes to commence, WHAMMY. ( It happens. )

Also of general importance unrelated to the crack plot:

The full moon nights are March 22, 23, and 24.

The game calendar is updated! Take a LOOK We have added such events as upcoming field trips, the music/dance recital, the play, spring formal, yearboook day, and graduation.

If you weren't here for Easter last year, we have an exciting game event scheduled for the day in the form of a House competition Easter Egg Hunt. The House with the biggest egg collection will be given the privileged of choosing the theme for the upcoming Spring Formal Dance. More information on this later.

It's getting close to Valentine's Day! Which means you're running outta time to get your sweetheart something sweet~ and rrrrrromantic! <33333

It also means you're running outta time to post your character HERE with any anonymous Lovegrams they want to send people! Get bizay! I doubt anyone is gonna beat James's order though XD WAY TO ORDER THE WHOLE GARDEN, WEATHERBY.

Pegasus will be busy handing them out to people on Sunday, so if anyone wants to do reactionary posts, feel free! I'll try to remember to post a bb scene of the rose deliveries with cute pics and things on Sunday, but you're not obligated to keep your replies in the scene. Make journal posts, react to other people seen getting roses from mysterious secret admirers~, have fun with it! If you have any secret notes that are being attached, feel free to amend existing requests and resubmit OR just email me and I'll tack them on when the scene goes up on Sunday.

REMEMBER! All orders are ANONYMOUS unless otherwise requested!

So Halloween is TOMORROW and so that means the big thread will go up with all the Halloween stuff.

I know that some might already have plans, but in order to avoid a bajillion "Open" tags, maybe we can figure out some thread (or mini-thread) things. There's nothing wrong with the "Open" tag, don't get me wrong, but we tend to get a lot of those and a lot of them end up getting lost in the mix! :X

So just comment below with your characters and we can jump around to figure out any threads we want to look into make happen! :D

Hello folks! This is Deli. While I am not entirely done with finals, I'm halfway through and hoping to get some plotting done and touch base before I return for reals. After Halloween, Daniela is going to start planning her birthday party and well, she's the kind of girl that goes big or doesn't go at all so she's going to rope people in to help with decorations, snacks etc. Alex is in charge of music because, and sometime next week she'll be sending out invites and bribing her less outgoing friends *coughAstoncough* to come.

Since she's super new and planning to go big, expect to be invited even if your chars are like 'who the hell is this chick?'. And I have no theme yet so...plot with me?

Hey guys! I just wanted to say that if anyone wanted to have their character encounter the ~thing in the woods, let us know! Next week we've got the next stage of plot movement, but not until after Halloween, so everyone has until then to play around with the figure in the woods. It'll be just a shadow, hostile feeling, but it leaves no trace, no scent. If they pursue it, it'll eventually disappear at the graveyard. if they run from it, it'll chase them all the way to the castle walls.

A lot of this plot depends on character participation, so please! If you wanna get involved, GET INVOLVED :D We're not gonna hold your hand, no worries, so just have fun with it. But no pressure if you're not interested. Jussayin ;)

Thanks to Chrissie's fantastico spreadsheet OCD skillz (XD), I am pleased to present you with THE MASTER LIST of roses being given to who.

You'll see which are anonymous and which have a specified sender that your character will know about. Those non-secret roses have notes attached which can be found HERE!

If you still want to add someone your character decides to give a rose to last minute, they can deliver their names up to Friday night, when the Rose-grams will close so Pegasus House can begin sorting through it all and preparing our ~special~ roses for delivery on the morning of Valentine's Day (Feb 14th). :D

Feel free to use this post to formulate potential scenes/narratives/phone calls/text messages/journal convos etc. to go along with our Honestly, Cupid! plot.

On September first second! (because Labor Day, apparently), classes will start anew. Summer classes will have ended this week, so the last week before the classes start is entirely empty for the students to enjoy as they will. Most students will be returning from their homes in this week. For your characters, this means that this is the perfect time to update their curriculums. Which subjects will they be taking this year? You can leave it unchanged and handwave it, if you wish, but this is the perfect moment to update the classes, optimize them for RP purposes and let them reflect the changes your characters have been through. The characters who joined this summer needn’t bother with this, of course.

House Mentors will be announced later. This post, however, is the place to be if your character wants to be a captain for a sports team. (Mickey, for example, is the captain of the soccer team.) Consider if it’s suitable for your character to be a captain. If two characters are vying for the same position, the mod will decide, basing on seniority and history of the characters. The mod always has the last say in this.

Moon days this month are September 8th, September 9th and September 10th.

It's August! A heatwave has rolled into Camden Wharf, making it less of a nice summer and more the kind of summer that makes you want to stay inside with the curtains drawn and the airco in maximum overdrive. Too bad the Academy doesn't have much of an airco... It will end next Wednesday with a beautiful, night-long thunderstorm.

Secondly, a plot thread has been weaved! All will be revealed in time, but for now: someone is sifting through the minds of the students and teachers when they sleep, triggering nightmares and dragging up their deepest fears. People may start sleeping badly, getting visits from someone who seems like an evil sandman. There won't be nightmares every night, but there will be nightmares: vivid and scary. Even the vampires will feel uneasy when they've retreated to their own haunts to do their meditating, though their nightmares will be more like daydreams, vague and hard to grab a hold off.

In their dreams, characters may witness a person observing them. He will be clad in an endless robe of midnight purple, which will be decorated with silver, shimmering moons. Have at!
