What:

[When everyone returns home from their meeting, they'll find a simple cardboard box waiting on the doorstep of their dorms. Inside, they'll find an appropriate number of very basic tuxedos and dresses for their team (and, quite considerately, anyone who prefers the other gender's style of dress will find they have clothing suited to them).

Also in the box are materials for embellishments. Extra cloth, sequins, feathers, embroidery thread, etc . . . All manner of materials to make your garment truly yours.

Delphinus, unfortunately, has only gotten rags (though the embellishment supplies are there. Perhaps you can embellish your uniforms instead?) It's like someone's mad at you or something.]
