[In the cave, there are now three dragons... most of them playing around a strange dream-tent set up, sniffing at it. They now tumble over each other, occasionally, listening to Pikachu's directions for lava safety. The eldest, a green dragon with a thin face like mother's, follows after Ash, mimicking his every movement.

Venna on the other hand, has turned her head towards the cavern ceiling, thoughtful...

Something about her is different... her once-shredded wings are folded, intact and healed on her back. Her eyes are clear and watchful, minding all four of her adventurous and occasionally brainless children.]

It will be true dark, he moves the furthest from her.

[She turns to Ash.] You will learn to fly.

[Apparently that senile problem hasn't been fixed.]

Yeah! Once with some friends--they used their powers to show us how fun it was. Flying through the sky at night, feelin' like we weighed nothin', no one could even see us! I'd never felt like that before. If we could have, it might have been nice to stay like that forever.

Oh, and another time there was a battle! They thought we couldn't keep up, but we showed 'em! I think it brought us a lot closer too. That's a feeling I'll never forget. . .chest pounding, hands burning, it's a precious memory!

[The eldest actually sticks out its serpentine tongue and raspberries in Ash's direction, buffeting the trainerbro with his wings. The other two, one a blue, and the other a patchwork blue and green, run a bit, stretching their new wings, working on getting in the air. It's less graceful than you'd expect from a dragon, and at least one falls on their face before all three are circling in the air around Ash and Venna.

She actually waits until all of the pokemon that had been milling around the cavern found a spot amongst her spikes to hold on, eyeing all of them and their positions critically.]

Do not jump. Do not reach. If need bathroom, go do NOW. I do not want to hear it.

[With her three hatchlings circling, she draws up her wings, but doesn't unfurl them. With one long, last look around the wide cavern... she first steps and then begins to run towards the north, caverns and enormous tunnels going by in a flash of the eye. The wind buffets you and darkness engulfs you a few steps out...

And then a red luminance surrounds everything, a bit like seeing in infrared, as she makes SURE you watch how to fly, dammit.

Red, oranges, and blues, the hues of temperature runs by... until she seems to run right into and... THROUGH a wall like all of you were ghosts...]
