No. I mean they have always been asleep since it came except for the occasional stir. And only once have they been 'awake.' During his heart. [Gestures to Spark and he stands.]

They sleep because these are no longer my people. [And there is a tone of sadness in it as he walks to the back of the tent.] And they never have been. [And then he pulls back the tent wall, which was actually more of a curtain.]

[And there is the crack. There is a metal circle attached to a plastic tube.] They belong to what is on the other side of this crack.

	We aren't the same person. That, there is no doubt. How that is so, I don't know. [But Tazendra is saying things.] But there was times Rory would depend on me. To do what we both want to do.
