Our homeworld, Aiur, was lost to the mindless Zerg that survived and rampaged uncontrolled after my predecessor as Executor sacrificed himself to slay the Overmind.

In that same battle, the Conclave that ruled my people were slaughtered and the Judicator caste lost. We have have had to restructure the working of our society; my immediate superior, Artanis, took the title of Hierarch, assuming leadership of the Protoss as a whole.

Regardless of the role he plays now, Artanis served well as the commanding officer of a starship.

	Bah, it is more... why we fight. A Dragonlord desires victory over challenge, and a Dzurlord is the opposite. Thus, while nearly all Dragons are soldiers or retired soldiers, many Dzurlords will practice such things as errantry. Were you human, I suspect you would be far more of a Dragon than a Dzur.
