I'd like to think so, but I did get Danny almost killed a second time because I was dumb as a bag of bricks.

But...to be fair, even if that was a mistake at first, it actually turned out rather well. Danny got to make someone who wanted to destroy him into his ally, sort of and...well, okay, Vlad still fooled her, but at least she knows there's always a chance Vlad might not always be telling her the right thing, even if she thinks he's being possessed.

Let's see, killed any last stupid hope I was having, which really is a good thing in the end. Danny stabilized me. Valerie now has reason to suspect who was using her like he used me. I made a friend and made someone who was pretty stuck in her world view willingly save someone part ghost. And I got to kick Vlad's butt.

All and all, considering how it started, it ended pretty good.
