Everything IS FINE!

I thought maybe if it wasn't energy being taken without a contract, it'd probably not hurt. Usually forcefully taken energy DOES hurt versus energy given. I was hoping it wouldn't be a problem with a proper contract, but just because there might have been pain in one form doesn't mean I was going to not do it!

It's not even that bad of pain! [Because her definitions are terrible.] But if I brought it up before I even knew for sure, you'd probably never even want to test it to check!

It's not going to torture me! Yeah, it hurts, but it's far from torture, that I can guarantee! And once I knew I could get some rationality out of you regarding this, I was going to tell you if I found out it was true! Because guess what, I don't like being in pain, but I'd rather have some pain than you getting yourself killed!

You freak out about fatigue that isn't even that bad, I wasn't going to bring up the pain idea that soon!

You were hiding the fact you were dying. I was waiting for a better time to tell you so you might be reasonable about it!

Do you think I even want to?! But sometimes to do what's good for someone you care about, you have to be the bad guy! I'd love to tell you I suspected there might be pain as a ghost, even if I don't know why! But I know if I did, then you'd reject the contract even more!

Because you act like any little pain done to anyone else, any sort of burden, no matter how small, it's somehow something that's worse than you dying! Well, guess what, it isn't. A bit of pain sometimes because you need to get energy while I'm ghost is far, far less of a horrible thing than you slowly starving to death!

You're right, Chrono, my definition of problematic is terrible. And there's a good reason why it's terrible! Terrible is what I went through! Terrible is what I know. I know it's terrible, but guess what, if it helps, I'm going to use that terrible to my advantage!

And guess what? My terrible definition is FINE WITH PAIN. You know why? Because pain means I'm not dead yet, so I can keep fighting and if I can keep fighting, then I can WIN. I'd rather feel as if every molecule in my body is on fire than nothing because nothing is when I'm dead. And that's not a metaphor. That's a fact because that happened.

At worse, that pain is going to surprise me, but I can keep fighting once I know it's there, and if you need proof, than start pulling and we'll do round two!

You take a pool of energy that you can actually keep and reserve. Enough that will give you some fighting strength. If you can actually master using your energy efficiently then you can have a reserve you could use in a fight and be set. And when you use that up, you take another pool.

With me, while I'm human. Then there's no pain or a sudden surprising need for energy.

	The most I can do in this form is heal and create barriers...and even those powers are muted from how strong they would normally be. The reason this form exists is energy conservation. Everything is harder this way. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Ah, but no blasts? Too bad, that would have made things go a lot faster. If you can do it when that sort of thing is harder, it becomes almost natural in the stronger form.
