Who: Those invited
Where: Lyvus
When: Day 286, around noon (before the ideal world game)
What: Meeting!

[Sometime between late morning and early afternoon, people are coming over to Lyvus. They'll even feed you if you brought something to trade—there's certainly nice tea and lunch set out :) the main area of Lyvus is pretty big, and there is a long table that can easily sit at least 15-20 people, though it may start to get crowded after that, and some of the chairs are makeshift]

[There may also be some Lyvus/Monoceros makeshift scrabble games going on around lunch. This is clearly the most serious kidnapping.]

[OOCly I have no idea who is actually coming to the meeting and/or knows about it, but I think we are able to roll with bbbasically anything! Join #partyatlyvus so we can keep the blah blah in one place, and we can facilitate any necessary behind the scenes business o7]

Are you still abstaining for alcohol? I'll drink enough for you too when we get home.

. . .

I'm only abstaining on a case by case basis now.

How about this, I'll give it up completely if we do make it out before three weeks.

Such details are irrelevant to the proposition.

They're somewhat relevant.

(It's nice to be caught up, but . . . we're going to be left out of a ton of investigating again, aren't we.)

My point remains!

(I get the feeling we're definitely still going to be out of the loop in some cases.) . . .Mm. Maybe after things have settled down, we should try to examine a few things on our own.

We're getting pretty rusty anyway. And it's not like we have anything better to do.

Some of it has . . .

. . . admittedly, I've looked at people reviving and tried to determine the exact cause of death. I don't know how that helps either but it's a distraction from the usual horrible trauma.

. . .

. . .

You too? H-half the time it's too gross to stare at for long, but there's still that morbid curiosity. . .who knows? I've also kind of wonder if a person dies, and isn't revived, which would hit first? The Old Man or natural decomposition.

I've long since become used to how gross it is . . . and you know, murder detective. [shrugs]

. . . so have I. And how fast natural decomposition would take underground like this.

I'm used to handling things after the body's discovered, so you one up me there. (Aside from the times I was there when they were killed. . .)

Mm. I mean, it seems like the kind of place you'd immediately discover say, a dead body, since we're all in such close quarters, but honestly? The way this place works? It's designed to be the perfect cover.

I'm well acquainted with paperwork, it's true.

[nodnods] Whether it's a body, waste, or some sort of special item, if you find a good spot? Chances are no one will recover it. The earth's constantly moving, and there are scavengers all around. Hell, I'm surprised you guys were able to save me that one time, but I guess he wasn't actually trying to get rid of me.

[m-makes a face] Yes, I don't think he was trying, or he would've succeeded.

There's a number of environments here that are better than others for that sort of thing, too. The forges down south, the swamps, things like that. It'd be interesting to investigate.

Aah--yeah! It'd be a good idea to finally get a feel of the terrain, instead of just passing through it as usual. . .and mm, maybe it could be applied to the Judges. They do take physical forms every now and then, something MUST happen when they "die". . . Er, not to suggest melting down a judge or anything, but you know.
