Re: [Mirror]
To backtrack... in the thrones and mirrors game, that was about the first time we all heard another voice from Mirror. That's when the second Mirror began to show herself.
But it was the first Mirror that came to me and said that I had been in pieces long enough, that she wanted to help. At that point, I just wanted it to be done with. So I agreed to go with her. This was the first time Mirror took a blank. This was also the first time she left a reflection behind in their place.
That time... she used Feathers' reflection. I didn't understand why at the time, but Feathers' is used to working with delicate things. She has good hands, eyes, and ears for working with those sorts of things. So the first Mirror chose her reflection to try to fix the break in my mind.
The second Mirror was there as well. The whole time. Both of them together, not separate. And I was scared. I'd only been awake for a month, and I didn't understand what was going on. Mirror tried to tell me that the crack in my mind from the break had healed somewhat, but wrongly. It wouldn't let me function. So she would have to rebreak it and continue from there.
The first Mirror tried very hard to make things go smoothly, but instead of rebreaking in the middle, it broke into thirds. Memories, as far as I can tell whenever I think about the distinctions. Two-thirds were spared, but the third... the third shattered. The first Mirror tried to keep it from falling apart, the second Mirror said to let it.
... I don't remember much of what happened after. The memories of and what you could define as "Jinx" fell to pieces and Mirror had to put them back together again. The other two-thirds were spared.
