I'm not refuting that. I actually agree with you—I think yours is a sound enough proposal. And it's not even to say that I feel my suggestion has the most merit: but I think most suggestions have some degree of potential, and some degree of flaw, that we need to discuss and measure out. If we just agree to the first thing that sounds good, we're going to miss details. These aren't arguments where each person is equally convinced that their own idea is right; this is a nuanced discussion involving an array of opportunity.
