	...hard to say. It's...Poltergeist was trying to get control and Phantom was trying to prevent that and....and she told me to SHOOT. I....

The human part...the one I could hear...she can hide things. She can pretend everything is fine even when it's not. And the maintainers, they're the ones to examine...and her room.

Her room was just everything I couldn't shelf and couldn't throw away. Everything the human couldn't hide behind a smile. Everything we pretend just doesn't exist and keep locked away for as long as we can...

I....I could never bring her here. I'm not that strong. It's too much to deal with and...

And...

And with her there, so close, it was...it was a moment we COULD, at least....partially...

And now it's gone.

[And she kind of plops near you, just kind of staring at the abyss before she just....kind of laughs. Because what else can she do, this is all kind of ridiculous.]

[And she stifles her laughter, but is still grinning.] You know...I watch the shelves. If things are on the shelves, she's dealing. If things are falling off, she's not. And things can only be thrown into the pit when it's their time and not a moment sooner. But the shelves are only so big and it depends on how stable and healthy she is.

[Points up, grinning widely.] Notice anything? [A few of the previously empty shelves have a book or two on them, all everyday, normal worries her slowly going insane mind let go. Other shelves would surely get books again when the problems are relevant. However, the shelves themselves had changed. All of them have the bar add on Ed had made before, and most readily apparent on the one shelf that had been overflowing was the shelves were LONGER. By a great deal.]

I doubt this will be all that it does.

[Looking back up at the shelves.] If Razzy is dealing, the shelf is stable and fine. After a time, I can usually throw away at least most of the books. If things get a bit bad and a book or two start falling off, depending how well I can keep the juggling act, the lying one can pretend it's all right on the outside and hopefully something will happen where I can get the other books away.

Sometimes even she can't and I can't keep juggling and then people notice something is wrong. If something happens, helps her get over it fast, then I can do that. Juggle and fail, but eventually I might throw away the extra books.

But....if she doesn't. If she can't get over it, if help isn't working, if the books just stay and I can't keep up....then eventually the books will be taken from my room...and put in Poltergeist's room. But the thing is, the books aren't GONE. They're shoved away and ignored, but they're still there, just under the surface, tied up by our will to keep moving forward despite that weight. Because it's still there and it's straining the entire system. Not as badly as my constantly falling books, no, that's when everything is horrible all the time, but it makes reaching the point of break down that much closer because everything gets weaker. Smaller shelves, I'm sure there's other affects elsewhere...

But with so much suddenly 'dealt with,' it's going to have a huge affect.
