[Danny put his hand over Phantom's.] She wouldn't love them so much if they wouldn't go anyway. You know that.

[Phantom looked at him and looked almost heart broken. Before she sighed.] Fine....

[She looked at the others, looking a bit more determined.]

I'm Phantom. I'm the core of the ghost side. Or...most of it. There is also a core human side, Dani. We're usually the ones who keep things balanced. If we're working well together, then everything runs more or less smoothly. However, after Mirror, I haven't been able to reach Dani at all.

We all knew something bad was coming. Danielle was trying to do damage control, she's the strongest piece besides the True Heart. If anyone knows how much is damaged, it's gonna be her if you can't talk to the True Heart.

I was supposed to...I was supposed to keep Poltergeist locked in. Without Dani, we can't keep the room sealed. We were hoping that I could be the stronger obsession and in a way, we succeeded in that regard, but...but only to the extent she can't get in this place. She can't become the one 'outside.'

Because I got these two. I got to them first and they're the only reason I have the strength to keep her out of here as much as I can. But when you go inside...

I don't know where she is.

Poltergeist isn't 'missing.' She's 'moving.' I couldn't keep her locked away. [Looking at Tide.] I could only get to Razzy and Danny first because of you. I barely made it in time. This little shredded bit of human happiness is all I really have to keep up any sort of barrier.

But Dani...just healing her would be enough. If I can hear her, then we can do more. All that's being done now is delaying everything that's slowly degrading my sanity so Razzy doesn't become totally unreasonable.

Dani...is a kid. That's all she is. That's all you'd think if you saw her. She's one of the purely human looking manifestations, wearing the clothes from home. Blue sweatshirt, red short, red hat.

Her room is a blue door. It was on the third floor, at the bottom, but I don't know if that's changed. Everything was in chaos, and shifting, it made things...difficult.

[And this is the flattest look for you guys.] Poltergeist is unreasonable and insane. Logic isn't going to work. Logic barely works on me and you only have hero complex to thank for that.

But right now, she's....possessive. She'll want to 'keep' you. That might be alive, it might not. It depends on her mood.

I am the one who cares about others. I am the one who has let go of the pain. She isn't. A little girl whose suffered with the emotional intensity of a ghost, which is far more than a humans. That is the mindset you're dealing with.

Don't try to reason with her, it's pointless. If you do, you will leave yourself open to be hurt or worst.

If you can, do it.

If you can't, but can manage to manipulate her, do that. Razzy, in general, is not a hard person to trick, Poltergeist isn't gonna be better, it just takes finding out the best course for her mindset at the time.

And if not those...then Tide would be the one most likely to fight her and do damage, with his abilities. Cobra won't die, and Poltergeist has the bulk of the daddy rage, so he'd be second. Otherwise, use magic. Magic is going to be more affective than normal attacks.

We know she'll want to keep us. Doesn't that say a lot by itself? She's afraid of losing anyone else. So afraid it's made her crazy, but that doesn't mean she doesn't care about anyone. She's just . . .

More importantly, she's one of my partners, and Cobra is her teammate. You two are her friends too, aren't you? If we don't know enough about her between all of us, then we don't deserve to be here. If it's a question of whether we know enough about her past . . . We're the ones she'll be dealing with, and she met us here in Sabra. Knowing about her time in Sabra will probably matter more than her time before it.

The binding materia will slow her down. It depends if she can think to phase. She could in the Nightmare.

As for Poltergeist's mindset...

[A looooong pause.]

The part that's angry at Vlad. The part that thinks having to have the life she has back home as unfair. The part that wants to hold onto the grudges. She's suffered being alone so long, she hates it, but hates the idea of being left alone more than that.

But after last time, it's...shifted. She wants to hold onto it. Force people to never leave her. Possess them and keep them and never let them ago. Even if it takes killing them, but...as long as she thinks you won't 'leave,' it pacifies her to a certain extent.

....actually, it's very much like father. Willing to make a copy of that kid I want and kill the original if I have too, I'll have a kid! [Oh, the sarcasm from her voice.]
