[the wide path continues for quite a long time. but just as your feet are starting to get tired, you see the following:

Shelves upon shelves of books are in this cavern, continuing to the left and right for several hundred feet. The stone has been pulled away from the books so that the two are not touching; it's not entirely clear how this is being done, as the whole area is saturated evenly with Librarian's magic.]
