... You really have to remember... It was only around forty days ago that I started to realize something was going on between you and Sunny... neither of you had told me, so I had to realize on my own. It was around the same time other big things were going on between us, as well. I don't mean that to make you feel bad; it's just a fact. That just over a month ago I realized somebody came and Brother fell in love under my nose, without my awareness. I've been trying to find my equilibrium since then, really, struggling against some momentous decisions and changes.

I guess you could say that I realized last night that the battle I've been attempting to wage is a losing battle. I can't fight this anymore. I'm no competition for Sunny. So, I won't try to be competition for Sunny anymore. Brother can love me, and I him, in a separate way, and prioritize Sunny as he must. That's that.

I should believe in you, and that you'd love me even if you loved other people, and that you'd hold onto being my brother, and that you won't leave me behind. So... I decided... Being with Brother will make me happy. Loving Brother. Being loved by him. Staying at his side for as long as I live. Fighting at your side, fighting for the things we both care for. That will make me happy.

Someone told me that I fell in love with the first person who was kind to me. I don't agree with that, because "kind" doesn't cover what Brother is and was to me. But even if it was true, even if that's something you've doubted too, it's love. I love you. I love you completely. In every way I can. Tightly and hard. My feelings haven't changed at all. If Brother were to look only at me I would be ecstatic.

But that isn't going to happen, so I will love you from wherever I can love you from. Ah, it's not easy for me? Accepting an impossibility. But how can we have a future together if I don't? If always, always, Sunny is something in my path, for you to impact before you impact me?
