[Inside each box are fabrics in both that team's color and Ophiuchus black. No fancy silks or linens this time, they're all fairly sturdy, clearly intended for every day use in this place. There are also some basic sewing supplies: scissors, thread, a short measuring tape, and . . . measurements? Someone with an eye for that sort of thing might notice they seem to match up fairly well with Kaito himself. :|a Gosh how did those get in there. :|aaa And, for that matter, why are the only design patterns provided for men's clothing?]

[The outfit Rapunzel turns in is very well made, this is professional standard sewing. The trousers have deep pockets and are straight cut, a purple snake with Pyxis red detailing is embroidered on the left leg, winding all the way up to the thigh. The shirt is a tight but comfortable vest done up with a clasp at the top, it's black with black thread embroidering in a slightly darker shade detailing an intricate pattern. It's very pretty and maybe a little effeminate. There is a jacket with several hidden inside pockets and long flowing sleeves. The outside is plain but the inside lining of the coat is ridiculously embroidered, in red, purple and Canis and Delphinus blue. Winding snakes mixed with flowers and stars and Rapunzel's sun symbol in there too. There are also a pair of fingerless gloves.]

[The main part of Canis' outfit is black. The shirt is on the long side, with a high mandarin-style collar and full length, gently flaring sleeves. The sleeves have inserts of blue and the shirt is gathered at the waist by a separate blue sash. Paired with the shirt is a pair of black pants, also slightly flared, and with a stripe of Canis blue down the outside of each leg. Over all of this is a long sleeveless vest that is about mid-calf in length, in blue with a black trim. It has no fastenings and is clearly meant to be worn open.

Overall the outfit's construction is on the amateur side. The pieces fit together well enough, but the seams are a bit uneven in places.]

*the submission from Del's representative is... surprisingly understated, considering his taste. The pants are of the black material, snugly fitted, with front pockets only and a belt of the same material, but somehow heavier. The shirt is a looser fit, comfortable and crisp, with a simple, high mandarin collar and a row of bone buttons running down the blue fabric; the edges are trimmed neatly in black thread, in a stitch that seems far too even to have been done by hand. The outfit is finished off by a neatly fitted black coat, full length and half-lined in blue, the bone buttons on the front and cuffs shaped into fanciful demons and monsters. A short belt across the back helps keep the fit precise, and a few hidden pockets inside and out allow for the wearer to carry a number of items without affecting the profile of the outfit*

The trousers are a simple pair of black pants, cut somewhat snugly. They are paired with a shirt of Corvus-purple, with a high, wide collars and wide cuffs decorated with black overstitching. The overgarment, done in black with a simple purple overstitch at the hems, is what happens when a sleeveless doublet and a waistcoat have an illicit liaison -- it is tightly fit (when worn with a shirt) in the torso, and buttoned closed, but flares at the hips. It is lined in more purple fabric. An ascot in Lynx-gray fabric is included.

The workmanship is obviously novice. The shirt and trousers appear to be mostly copied from the patterns and the stitching is a bit uneven. The fit may be a bit awkward, as no model was used. However, there are no obvious holes.

Included are some sketches of other outfits. Most appear to roughly correspond to circa-1600 European nobility's fashion. It seems Honor thinks you have the legs to pull off hose, though she lacks the supplies to make them. A second page includes attempts to blend the early 17th century and the late 19th. It is probably interesting to say the least.

[Lelouch only finished one outfit for Lynx, but it is . . . detailed . . . The sewing is very neat and tidy and almost machine-quality tight. Also, the benefit of being on Lynx is that gray and black looks really snappy, and also works well for Caduceus. Swell.]

[There are four pieces: jacket, vest, shirt, and slacks. The slacks are tight up top, flaring out slightly at the bottom, and the stitching is gray. There wasn't enough time (or patience . . .) to do a pinstripe pattern for the pants, much as Lelouch may have liked to, but the black vest is stitched with narrow gray pinstripes and form-fitted. However, near the top, some of the stripes peter off, merging together and forming a mass of snake head patterns near the shoulders and curving up around the neck, narrow and intricate.]

[The men's dress shirt is gray, but instead of a normal fold-over collar, this collar is intense, much wider than usual and sweeping up dramatically, with a bit of a neck plunge. Bitches love dramatic sweeping collars.]

[The jacket is a tailored dress jacket that mostly suits being open to show off the stitching on the vest underneath. The collar is wide and flat to not get in the way of the collar of the shirt underneath, which is the show-stealer. The cuffs of the jacket are heavy and folded over, stitched to a point with a prominent button, and have the same stripes-and-snakes stitching that the vest has. The jacket comes down to about knee-length at the front, with wide pockets, and cinches slightly at the back of the waist to give a bit of a flare to the slightly longer split coattails.]
