That would depend a lot on what he did.

With Kenshin . . . it took understanding that his penance was important, too. That even if I was someone who lived in the world he was able to create, I couldn't absolve him of those crimes. And it wasn't . . . really my place to, either.
All I could do was be there to remind him that I needed him, too. That there was no one who could replace who he was to me.
