Alright. I'll be back.

[He retrieves the mattresses from where he left them and heads upstairs. You might hear some soft thumps as they're deposited on the beds and the sounds of someone inspecting various rooms for man-eating centipedes. He returns a while later having swept the last of them into his coat as a makeshift sack for dumping.]

It looks like the bedrooms weren't touched at all. There's still some damage to fix up, and the garden is a mess, but you guys should be fine to move back in for now.
